Warning Siren History/Timeline Project

So here is something I have been trying to put together. I am using a timeline creation program to create a timeline of every siren manufacturer and their sirens. As you can see, the sirens are documented from start to end, as well as the companies. Anything above the middle line is to present. So, I'm not sure if I got any of these dates right, feel free to criticize! I also need dates. I can't find any history at all on Whelen, HOR, or really anything other than Federal Signal and American Signal. I cannot find the manufacturing dates for many of Federal's sirens, both old and still made. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Have you attempted contacting the manufacturers directly? I bet Sentry would be happy to give you some info, and it sounds like people have had some decent luck with American Signal when asking for information as well.

I was definitely thinking of shooting a few manufacturers an email or two, or maybe even a call. What I'm really interested to dig into is the Alertronic history!
