Mcveytown fire house's model 5 has been replaced by a sentry 3V8 Mc'veytown, PA

Heard from a friend that volunteers there that the five kicked the bucket and was replaced with a new 3V8 I might try to acquire the 5 before they scrap it. Here are some pictures

I remember a video of that 5 on YT. Is the new siren roof or pole-mounted?

Lol that's cool! This post brings back a bit of a memory of when I got my model 5 and when I first saw it on the ground. Thanks for sharing!

I haven't been up to hear it recently. For all I know it might have gotten struck by lightning. Given the way Its mounted it wouldn't surprise me
