Put an ad in a sales magazine in my region. Fire department in Albany County called me back and this is what they had.

are the AC/DC models common? I just noticed that little tidbit when I started playing with it this morning. also for the electronics experts, I would appreciate some information on the purpose of the two connected control boxes. I took a picture of the siren on it's stand next to my wrecker to give the unknowing an idea of the size of the little beasts.

I believe all Model 2's have universal motors, so yes, quite common ;)

"Nothing special." Tell that to the people that doesn't even own a siren XD. But yeah, very nice! What converters do you use to power it on 240V?
I own: One complete SiraTone, another SiraTone control module, a 1600W MC, 2 old ATI controllers, 2 round ATI horns with drivers, a ATI-DSA 4 thing, a Federal Signal FC, AR timer and Siratrol, and a small CD&F.
