Laredo TX gets more 2001-130s

Laredo TX recently installed a few more 2001-130s

• International Blvd & Curly Ln (near Trautman Middle School)*
  Bartlett & Price (near new water tank)*
  Loop 20 (Cuatro Vientos Rd) near Pita Mangana Rd*
  Daughtery near Hillside Rd (replaced a early squareback DC that quit working)

And a few Roundbacks/DCs may be relocated again soon?

Although the 2001-130s are being installed; NONE of the roundbacks are getting replaced. The 130s are there mostly to cover "dead spots" (coverage gaps) where the Roundbacks & DCs couldn't be heard.

Laredo is mostly hilly terrain; & I wonder if they should have gotten 508s instead? I only know there are 2 508s

• Hwy 359 & Concord Hills
  Santa Maria & Calton Rd

*New installations where the areas had no siren

UPDATE: There is a brand new at Galveston & Hendricks (by the old Mercy Hospital) it replaced a roundback that had been on the old hospital's rooftop
