Oak Ridge National Lab

Thu Dec 24, 2015 3:37 am

We all know the Oak Ridge area had Alertronics. The ones in Oak Ridge itself were replaced, but the ones used by the K-25 facility are still active. The one area of the area that was somewhat a mystery in terms of what they had was the National Laboratory. I tried to look at the area with Bing and Google Maps and couldn't find anything, however after finding this nice little site with a 45 degree implementation of Google Maps I decided to look around in the area again and found what appear to be larger model I-Forces, maybe STi-3200s or STi-2400s, and T-135 AC/DCs. I made a map of the locations and put links via the website I mentioned in each of the location descriptions.

I found an iForce on my Oak Ridge map as well. You can use any of my locations if you'd like. It's under 4j's maps. Also, Agrotred (Elliot) found a map of all the sirens. http://www.osti.gov/scitech/servlets/purl/782768

Those Tempests are most definitely 135's, as that's the only kind I have seen.
