IIRC, weren't Greenville's ATIs replaced with Whelens?

You're probably thinking of Garland, they've had a very similar history to Greenville as far as sirens are concerned. They had Hurricanes which were replaced by ATIs which were replaced by Whelens.

I don't remember seeing any Whelens around Greenville, but it's been a while since I've been in that area.

I probably am. I often get towns mixed up if they're in the same state and start with the same letter.

I can confirm that Greenville has at least two ATI E-class units still up as of Mid February.

ATI E-Class? ATI manufactures the HPSS sirens, while American Signal manufactures the E-Class sirens. ;)
