Put a jumper between the last two terminals on the upper terminal board.

Yeah, I actually did that last night using a strand of wire I bought from home depot.. that strand has 9 different colors, but I just cut off some of the black wire, striped it a bit, and just used it, it looked the same as the photo's. But the wiring is still all wrong besides that, but for a start, I did do that! :D

Unfurtunately.. I can't find my wall plugin to connect my AR timer(or my model L for that matter).. because I lost it :P If it wasn't for that, I would test the AR timer right now to see if a light shows.

Uh oh that is not right. You put the wire on terminals 14 and 15. It is supposed to be on 15 and 16. What happened to the screw that belongs on terminal 16?

Whoops! I'm just going to use one of the screws on one of the unused terminals. I will fix that right now. Sadly, without my essential wall adapter lost.. I can't test the timer.

EDIT: I corrected the mistake.

I tested the AR timer.. it is what happened the first time I ever plugged it in.. the light just shows.. but it will eventually stop. Its the red light that shows. After it stops, it won't turn back on, even upon plugging in, just like it did last time I tested it.
Could it be a fuse problem? I know one of the fuses is new, and the other is old.. But the old one doesn't look blown, it isn't filled with brown stuff. What could be causing this problem....?

You shouldn't be using any kind of "wall adapter" to plug it in. With your power wires hooked up to 8 and 9 you should plug it into a 120V wall outlet with regular plug.
When you plug it in the amber light should come on and stay on all the time. The red light should only come on when the timer is cycling.
You haven't even said if the cams are (or aren't) moving when the red light is on. Are they moving when the red light is on?
