Lol, the sarcasm, XD. What they essentially did was add things to rust their sterling fast. Such a good idea!(Not)

On another note.. someone should REALLY give that fire department a physics lesson. Just email them, teach them how sirens work, show them the design of a Sterling, and tell them that what they did doesn't affect sound at all, and in fact it only damages the siren by filling it with water. On the bright side.. if no-one tells them, it will stay at full volume at the neighbors will GET OVER IT, on the dark side however, the siren will die much faster like this.
I own: One complete SiraTone, another SiraTone control module, a 1600W MC, 2 old ATI controllers, 2 round ATI horns with drivers, a ATI-DSA 4 thing, a Federal Signal FC, AR timer and Siratrol, and a small CD&F.

Good news is the siren still works and is still there. My buddy Jeff and I went to silver falls and passed right by her. I also got an updated video in August 2013 and basically they moved her to the top of the pole.
Own and love a Thunderbolt 1000 and a Model 5.

I have many hobbies and interests. And I love them all.

Christian, Lima, Oscah, November, Golf.

They could just as easily cut out holes for the water to drain out of the bottom of the horns

I think that's because you are set to "read only". Which means I think you aren't suppost to post.
