I'm sure some of you have seen this before while googling sirens. Could any of you point out whether or not the orange device is the actual siren head or some other equipment? Image

Its an electronic fog horn and, yes, that's the head. For the life of me I know there's a thread on this thing on here but I can't find it.

It's just hard for me to picture that thing having any type of range. Thanks for informing me.
