Kalamazoo and Calhoun County, MI: All year. They test at 1:00 pm on the first Saturday.
My other ride is a 1950 Chrysler-Bell Victory siren.

Here in Washington (the state, which doesn't have tornadoes), it's April, July, August, and sometimes September (depending on where the first Monday falls). We don't have too many active siren systems, in exception of Pierce County's Lahar Warning System, the Coastal Tsunami Warning System, and Hanford's Nuclear Warning System. The system in particular is the Lahar Warning System. This July, I plan to either re-record an older siren or record one of several new 2001-130's that have been going up to replace the dead 3016's in Fife.
