New ASC T-112's in Dane County WI

Sat May 28, 2016 12:07 am

May I present to you some new T-112 installations I just found in Monona WI which is in Dane County. One I found is at Monona Golf Course and the other is at Lake Edge Park. There should be more of these rare T-112's around Dane County as well in other locations

I find this kind of odd since 112's are typically used as filler sirens for gaps in a siren system, rather then a full siren system consisting of these.
I own: One complete SiraTone, another SiraTone control module, a 1600W MC, 2 old ATI controllers, 2 round ATI horns with drivers, a ATI-DSA 4 thing, a Federal Signal FC, AR timer and Siratrol, and a small CD&F.

Nice photos. The only other T-112s I've seen in Wisconsin are located in Greenbush and Mayville.

Pretty funny how it's already leaning.

Looks like no actual conduit was used. Just Seal-Tite. Not impressed.

From what I believe as I found a 4th on Segoe Road, they are put on the original poles of the old sirens. And from what I know Hill Electric installed these ASC products with those ATI radios. Taking a closer look at it I will agree it does look kind of cheap in a few ways

I would think that that would be an ANS install, but they would have the site number and city location labeled on the boxes, here's the T-121 in Cromwell, IN for example.

In my opinion, I think there way too many 2001's in Indiana!

I checked another control box on one of the new T-128's and that one does not have the site number on it.
