That is FSPWARE, the programming software for the FC, the MCP, and several other siren controllers. It is not available for purchase unless you own one of those controllers, and even if you do, it is quite expensive.

Simply because people steal videos. I'm sick and tired of filling out youtube reports to get stolen videos taken down. So I decided to take most of my videos down.

Why not just make the video's... I forgot the word, but basically only people with the link can see it. This is so only people viewing ARS can see it.
