Unsure what this is, an older air raid siren in the Den Helder, Netherlands, or a street lamp.

Can anyone identify this please?
Seen a: KM Europ, small Klaxon siren and a Gents' of Leicester "ahooga" horn.
Also a big fan of both Apollo and Protec fire alarms.

Here is one that bears a resemblance with an ACA Banshee but with a larger "disc" and 8 ports:

It's not in the US all I know that it's in La Roche-sur-Yon sorry if I'm not really clear about the location

Not often I get stumped anymore, but this oddball really has me scratching my head. This is at the Kensington FD in the Kensington section of Berlin CT. Best guess, maybe a Federal/Darley 3?
