Well, I went to siren 19, a thunderbolt 1000T in cobb county back in march, but it failed. Just a few days ago, some fellow enthusiasts set out to record the siren, but it failed and they were informed that the siren had died. I called the ema about the ema about a replacement date and they said it will be replaced sometime this month, most likely with a vortex. Here are some final pictures of the siren and may it rest in peace. This was the last civil defence siren in cobb that was active.
