Need help on my AF timer
Hey guys. I recently got an AF Timer and was wondering why it doesn't give me power out of terminals 1 and 3. I've tested it with a volt meter, a lamp and battery and finally a lamp wired to it. The jumper between terminals 15 and 16 is jumped. The amber light flickers but never stays soild. Here are some pictures to help. Any help is good help!

Timers don't output any power.
They are only timed switches.
