Werden will most definitely not be able to get you that Thunderbolt, and even if he could, it would be at a steep price. Honestly, it's not worth trying to get it unless you have some serious connections.

I'm heading down to Cincinnati today. I'll be able to to see the park place at lytle building. I'll check to see if the horn has moved position from the last time I saw it in March. I'll update you all this evening.

It's been facing the same direction for the past few months, however it may have moved a little.

Yep, the horn is facing a different direction from when airplanedude filmed it back in October. So at this point, I don't know if its active again or not. I'll check it again when I come back to Cincinnati next month.
