White bear lake MN 10/12 allertor location

For the past 3 weeks, I have been trying to locate the 10/12 ACA allertor in White bear lake MN and possibly record it sometime. However, I am having no luck on google earth. In the videos of it, they say it is at the corner of stacker and Portland avenue, and others say it is by "Manor park" (no luck finding that either). If it hasn't been replaced, where is it located? Can someone find it on google earth?

It should be. I havent heard of WBL replacing any sirens, and the 1003 at McKnight and E was there about a month ago so i would assume so
