1/87 Scale System 7000 Siren.

Windscale Uranium Processing Plant may have had some imported sirens, but that wasn't until after the accident there. My gut feeling is that there were standard Secomak (Klaxon Signals) sirens there instead of any others.

Also in the 1990s, the Civil Defence Movement paperwork was scrapped by the Conservative government, and subsequently the nationwide siren system in the UK was officially decommissioned, and the sirens removed and sold/donated to flood zones/ given to war museums/ restored for display.

I'm kinda curious about superbanshees ban as well... But yea that really does shed some insight on part of the thunderbolts history! sounds to me like that 7000 is mighty underpowered...

I hate to be off topic here, but I am quite surprised to see a "Siren Expert" be banned from the board. It appears it just happened today, since it says he was last active today if you look at his page. You never know what a person may be like from only their public appearances on this website.

To be on topic, the 4/5 chopper could've been an option, but who knows if any were actually made. I would imagine it was an option if there were 7000s made with solenoids, just indicating the time period they were made.
