I am fairly confident that he is talking about the 16V1T-B because in my video of Union City's 16V1T-B, I mentioned in the desc I tried to go to the 16V1T-B in Blanchard but it didn't go off, and he commented on my video:

I have been to Blanchard at least three times in mid summer, and none of those times were successful. Really sucks too because theirs is dual toned.

If it's dual tone with a battery pack, it's a 16V2T-B. All it is is a 15V2T with 8 HP DC motors in place of the 15 HP 3 phase or dual 7.5 HP single phase motors. All dual rotor Sentrys, 10V2T through 40V2T, can be single or dual tone. All they're doing is switching an 8 port chopper with a 16 port one, 10 for 15 in the case of the 40V.

Is it a 15V2T or...? Did 15V2Ts get the taller housing?

The single phase 15V and 20Vs are a little taller than their 3 phase counterparts due to using 2 single phase motors as opposed to on single dual shaft motor. If it's tall and lacks the battery pack, it's a single phase 15/20V

I wouldn't be so sure its dual toned either. Those 16V1T-Bs have a pulsing harmonic/undertone from the two stators being controlled by separate motors (so one's ports might be [partially] shut while the others are [partially] open). It can sound dual toned when it really isn't.

EDIT: That could be the 16V1T-B mixing with the other Sentry's in Blanchard's system.

Sentry will customize sirens for customers who want a siren from them, IIRC, so it's very likely it could be dual toned.

It's a Sentry 16V2T-B, located at the police department. It replaced an old dual toned Sterling M-10 a while back, so I guess they wanted to keep that old sound with a more modern, battery-powered siren. Sounds like those batteries are about done for though. On a side note, they also have a bunch of 7V8-Bs scattered around the outskirts of town.

I heard this siren wind up right next to me in a tornado warning. It's even heard in the corresponding video I posted on YouTube. Again...it's dual toned. There's really not much to speculate here, people.

Exactly. I know Dillon wouldn't say it if he didn't know it. I only wondered what to call it. This amount of speculation is a bit much.
