The chopper looks somewhat like an 8 port Model 5.

The Cyclone in Taiwan was an official ACA installation - no copycat. The exact Cyclone layout changed many times over the years although the motor was usually on top of the stator, hidden beneath its cone.

I live in Los Angeles and see those things sticking out from the ground all the time..
Turns out they are either sewer vents, or underground shelter vents from the cold war.
They are painted the exact same color that the siren poles were painted.
I'll go up and smell it but I can confirm it's not a siren.

Any idea what siren is in this video? It sounds way too smooth to be a model 5 so I think it is probably an STH 10.

Definitely an STH-10, albeit with what sounds like quite the hiccup on startup.

It doesn't hiccup. It must be the echo

It looks like one of those paint can sirens mostly found in Oregon. I think they are Westinghouse sirens???
