Single Tone SiraTone?

Hey guys, I was browsing youtube and found this:

Is this a single tone SiraTone?

Could you even order them single tone?

Seems like it's single tone, probably on the 850 Hz side. I looked at the 612/1212 manual and I didn't see any option for single tone. Maybe you had to call Federal in order to get them in single tone? This particular 612 somebody could have just changed it from dual tone to single.

From what I know yeah. All the other SiraTone EOWS sirens have the 850/1020 Hz dual tone configuration on them.

Monroe, Ohio has single-toned 612s. I believe they may have been available later on.

Here's a 612 with a single tone siratone. This was replaced with a T-121 in 2014 though.

And Carexpertandy, aren't those MC controlers?
In my opinion, I think there way too many 2001's in Indiana!

I guess its diffucult to differentiate a single tone SiraTone from a single tone MC/MCP/UV. The reason I could tell that it was a SiraTone in single tone was because of the wind up

Yeah, I always thought it was on an MCP until I rewatched it.
