I'm currently in Hawaii, but over the next couple of weeks I'll be passing through Fiji, Vanuatu, New Caledonia, and Australia, plus a layover of several hours in China. Hopefully I can photograph a few interesting specimens along the way.

Cool, good luck with that.
Seen a: KM Europ, small Klaxon siren and a Gents' of Leicester "ahooga" horn.
Also a big fan of both Apollo and Protec fire alarms.

I don't know much about the sirens there. They have Modulator system, which is tested at first Monday in month at 12.00.
The modulators will disappear in 2017 because they cost too much. That's it.
Do you know whether they have a Modulator 3012?

Over the last three weeks on my vacation, I've hunted around for sirens in Hawaii, Fiji, Vanuatu, New Caledonia, and Australia. The only siren I've seen anywhere is this one in Mittagong, NSW. I'm currently in the airport in Guangzhou, China, where none are visible.
