RCM Panel Repairs

Mon Nov 07, 2016 10:55 pm

Good evening, Members of ARS! So, I am in the process of restoring my thunderbolt siren and have ordered bearings and a puller, but forgot about the RCM. The RCM it came with has a few wires cut, and no switch box. Could anyone tell me where I could get the switches and a manual for wiring it?? Thanks, Nick.
Very proud owner of a Thunderbolt 1000B Full unit, a fully restored Model 5B, A Full Model 2 Unit, a Model A, a crank siren, and several mini sirens! :TBolt:

I was in the same boat. It can be wired up with a simple toggle switch and a cheap timer relay.
Be patient and you will run across a used one like me.
The wiring manual can be downloaded off this site. Look for the owners manual in the pinned post.
There is no such thing as a Thunderbolt that is not worth saving.
