Sadly they do not test during EAA week because it would "scare the visitors". If you catch it before, or after that week this siren is located on the corner of Florida and Georgia Streets.

Ah, the classic thing that happens when repairmen have no idea where to put the replacement belt so the put it on the first slot. :P
