This one has stripes, and I found out this one is the same one Ty Bellfy did a walk-around of in 2011

That's pretty low mounted too.

You should probably say it has stripes in the description of the pinmark

I'm pretty sure the siren on the U-Haul building in Youngstown, Ohio has stripes as well. There's a photo of it on this YouTube user's banner https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCELAdV ... bHmt6bPPmQ

I can sort of see that this particular siren has a jailbar grille (although it's very hard to see)

Nice map, however I am sad to say that the Thunderbolt on top of Birmingham City Hall was replaced with a 2001-130 within the past few months. I am unsure of whether it was in the yard when I went by in February, as the yard was closed at the time. That being said, I believe that there were one or two new Thunderbolts in the pile from what I could tell. I will be sure to update you with locations if I find any more Jailbar Thunderbolts.

That's a bit of a bummer because it seemed to be in great condition. Oh well. Thanks for the info!

Independence, OH has two jailbars; not one. Both are 1000's, have A1 blowers, and are manufactured by Federal Enterprises in the early 1950's (I believe they were put in in 1952 if I remember correctly). The other one besides the one at the Mill and Motion building is located at the Service Center adjacent to Independence High School. They also have a Model 7T with the SD-10 port ratio.
