Just wondering, if you wish to share, where was your Tbolt originally in service? sorry if it was already asked.

In Big Lake, MN I believe. The guy I bought it from was from there and it was listed as a "fresh uninstall". Whether or not it was there is unknown to me.

Ah, I know who you're talking about. He dealt with a lot of Ex-M/SP (Minneapolis-St. Paul) sirens, a couple tbolts and I think the Olson School allertor went through his hands. I watched a bunch of his auctions with moderate interest in the past. There is a good chance your siren may be an old M/SP one, or maybe from somewhere else in MN.

Interesting. I wouldn't have known. Somehow I managed to nab a 240V RCM3 from him as well and an empty ARCH panel.

Another bump but I'm back! School's almost out and I'm almost graduated so that means I can have a lot more free time for work on the siren.

A lot has happened. Everything that was painted has been sanded or sandblasted and has received at least one coat of primer. Most of the bolts have been inspected and replaced or cleaned. The RCM1 Panel is now almost functional (a couple connections here and there need to be bridged). Everything has been inspected and cleaned. Parts that need oil and/or grease have been lubed. Overall the siren is at 90% completion.

A couple questions now:
Does one of the switches need to be a 3 way switch? If so which one?
What is the most common timing on the AGASTAT?
What can I use to put the lettering on the side of the switch board?

No. I never heard back from anyone with one.

That's a shame! Well, you could try to jerry rig a 5/6 chopper into a 4/5 if you wanted... Its all your choice though.

To answer your switch question, yes, one is a three way. There are the chopper, rotator, control, and blower switches. The rotator switch is the three way one.
