Franklin Boro's Model 5

Vintondale's Modulator

Nanty Glo's Sth-10 and Erick

And finally Jackson Twp's Model 2
It's still there, I had it on another topic but to refresh your memory here it is.Rheems1 wrote:
What happened to Jackson Twp's Thunderbolt? Last time I was there (probably 3 years ago) they had a Thunderbolt with a walkway around it and a Model 2 mounted on a platform right below it.

That is an Erick Fire Siren without its cover. By the looks of it, it seems to be missing its stator too. The rotor blades are connected to the motor shaft at the center of the rotor instead of the base, and air enters from either end. It is normally a 12-port, single-tone siren that sounds very much like an STH-10, but I doubt this siren can do anything except blow air.Robert Gift wrote:What kind of siren is this and what happened to it? 12 port?Modulator Master wrote:Ok I got some new pics from Central Cambria.
Enjoy guys.
Did it pull air into the missing rotor from below and above?
Thank you for your photos.
