Our city town things eas is very freaky the screen goes all fuzzy and stuff then a kind of fast wail siren comes on then it says "this is a tornado warning for _Putnam County_ seek shelter" and about 5 seconds later it says "Do not look for the funnel seek shelter" and all of this is in voice and text for deaf and blind.When i was in 1st grade a was reading a little book when it went off i happed to pee myself .

I've been looking for a sound similar to the Canadian EBS from the Cold War.

There was always a weekly bomb test on the TV until about 1995 here in Canada.
