Wed Oct 04, 2017 6:54 pm

I am in the market for a siren but cant find anything at a low enough price that can also be shipped. mostly in the mood for a Federal model 5 or a thunderbolt 1000 or 1000T. anything will do really as long as its nothing tiny. Got any suggestions, please respond.

If your trying to get a low ball price on a siren then I doubt you will be able to afford shipping on top of that....just being my 'ol honest self.
To ship via common carrier the siren will have to be either attached to a pallet or crated. The shipper has to have the ability to get the shipment on the truck...a fork lift or pallet jack and a loading dock. On the receiving end ,you have to have the ability to unload the shipment, unless you do a drop ship to the terminal that serves your area, which you still have to have the ability to transport. UPS and FedEx are out as they won't handle anything over what the delivery driver can pick up by hand.
Start by getting freight quotes from your local carriers......If you know anyone who works somewhere where's there's shipping and receiving , preferably with either a dock or a fork lift, you could get a better rate verses shipping to your residence.
