That looks just about the same as the other siren you posted minus the shroud on the stator, and it has a homebrew intake on it if it's the siren which I think it is, which is another Sterling N-5

And this looks Federal to me. Has a Federal looking tag on the motor, and they used these motors on their sirens. I'm guessing Model 5 if it is one.
