The Thunderbolt dissapered to never be found again is what I've known. Wouldn't be surprised if it's in the ground or has been turned into steel cans.

Those were all being temporarily installed so they could be tested. They were "judged" by city officials so they would know which siren company they would go with. Once they decited, they would be taken down.
