Hamilton County successfully growled the sirens today. Interestingly, UC also rescheduled the test for their severe weather alert system to be today instead of last Wednesday.
A couple things:
1. The Spring Grove Village Thunderbolt 1000 is still active, as it is now pointed northeast.
2. None of our T-128s are supposed to make a full 360 degree rotation for a growl test, correct? It looks like the one at Galbraith & Winton failed today. Unrelated, but I mentioned how the pitch dropped on this one towards the end of December’s test.
Resident of a county with big a mixture of sirens, but in the process of being replaced.
