You could try and ask CDV777-1 here on TheSirenBoard. I remember back in 2009 he received a ton of NOS Federal Signal parts including brushes for the single phase repulsion induction motors. The Alertronic used the Atlas SD-370, those have since been discontinued, but I believe you can still get replacement diaphragms for them. If you are looking for something new they now make an AS-100N, but they are a bit pricy.
