Interesting how the PN-15 and PN-20 were only rated at 125 and 127 decibels originally, and were later rated at 127 and 130 when they were changed to RM.

Not entirely sure on the RM-130, but I do know that the PN-15 was offered in single tone once the name changed to the RM-127; never seen a dual-toned RM-127 (yet...).

Single-toned P-15s were made as well as dual-toned. Find videos on YouTube, and some clearly have the ACA logo. The straight intake tube was meant for single-toned models, and the cone-shaped was meant for dual-toned models, all made at the same time.

Not entirely sure on the RM-130, but I do know that the PN-15 was offered in single tone once the name changed to the RM-127; never seen a dual-toned RM-127 (yet...).

While I haven't seen a dual tone RM-127, there is a picture of a dual tone OM-117 out there. I'm pretty sure that they offered them in dual tone when they were still being sold.

They were mentioned in the ACA demo video from 1982 by Jim Biersach himself, so that’s certainly a possibility; that was my hypothesis myself.

If Saudi Arabia did purchase the sirens but never paid for them, how come there’s no recordings of any ACA sirens there? Unless they’ve been replaced by this point...

I remember seeing a few videos from the middle-east of sirens sounding off for a missile strike back in the 1990's. I know there were a few Cyclones sounding off in pulse with a mixture of other electronic sirens sounding off also.
