How do you transport large sirens?

So I've always wanted a thunderbolt siren of my own, and would like to know how you guys have transported those or any large siren from the place of purchase to your house.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Preferably a trailer, but the bed of a truck/back of a spacey car can work with smaller stuff.

Most pickup trucks can get the job done with a little disassembly. I don't have any type of lifting tools at my house (like a shop crane,) so for example when I brought the Defender home, I disassembled it piece by piece in the bed of my truck. I have transported a full thunderbolt disassembled in a Honda CRV. It all comes down to how far you want to break a siren down to move it. A member on here I think transported a Thunderbolt head and controls with a Dodge Neon.

I took mine all apart, and actually fit two complete T-Bolts in our Chevy 3500 long bed. They're a little over 1200 lbs each, so it was a heavy load, but no problem...
