I turned on the sharing permissions in Google Photos, but I'm not sure if it worked. I also added one attachment that at least shows what the horns look like. 99% sure it is a Custer Eletric Siren. It seems to be an older model. Well, I would think that they have controls. It's just that they're on another pole, on the other side of the road. That grey box on the pole with the light.
