They could! The Square Horn Hurricane had an option to do 5 signals! You can find it in the manual.

There should be diagrams of the sirens and their parts contained within the manuals.
These are all the manuals I could find at this time. Someone out there will for sure have the info on the Banshee, Screamer, etc.
