This siren is located by the cemetery in Shattuck, Oklahoma

Exactly what uncommonsense said. Sorry about the low quality picture. The siren is a Thunderbolt 1000, I think it is on chopper level 6. I'll try to record it for a noon test.

It's a newer 1000 with 4m blower I believe. Not sure if it is refurbished, but it seems likely. Shattuck has two model 3's as well.

Checked Google Earth's old aerials - wasn't there in 2012, so probably ex-Woodward.

Entirely possible. Sadly all we can really do is speculate, as we don't have any proper photos of that unit in its original home.
