As SirensofNewYork said above me though, that siren is a Federal Signal Thunderbolt. The T-121 is a newer, currently-produced model of siren by American Signal Corporation (ASC), from their Tempest line.

T121 is this unit's serial number, at least on the blower. Interestingly, the head is T122.

That means he has the 121st Thunderbolt produced. (excluding prototypes if I'm correct) Thats an epic restoration project.
