Your best Bet would be to contact Edaan Friedman on Facebook. He is a mini siren expert; crafting working models. I'm sure he could try and whip up something like that!

You could also try I think Tyler Davis on YouTube. He's build various mini scale sirens, from Allertors to T-Bolts. They all sound realistic and some even have working solenoids.

Broken solar panel on youtube also does 3D printed sirens, but he's more commonly known as siren shorts dude.
