I've seen this siren multiple times while driving through not sure if it's active or not it's in Exeter Township Michigan looks to be an old fire department

ACA Banshee is my guess. It seems to be dual-toned and has the same top part.
I'm with CD_Siren on this one. I think it is a Banshee/OM-120 with a chrome motor housing and no deflectors.

Maybe OM-120. Never seen a grey Banshee.
Here's an OM-120 for comparison (I think it's a 120 anyways)

It probably just doesn't have a skirt.

The skirts were probably removed to lessen noise.

Aren't OM-120s and Banshees almost the same thing?
Plus, that mystery siren is dual-toned. I don't think there are any dual-toned 120s in the wild.
Alright, maybe I'll post a few more times

Technically yes.
How can you even tell it's dual tone? I can't even see ports.

It is just a guess. I thought I saw a 9/12 port stator

Ok there has to be someone from South Dakota on this board that knows of the unknown Labolt, SD siren.
Google street view is a pain since they never went back there so I'm just gonna show a picture and if someone can actually say what it is that would be awesome.
