Need Sentry E-4 Assistance

I got a Sentry E-4 in the mail today for an upcoming project, and I'm not sure how to wire it. Does anyone know how to wire the power into the siren? If it helps, this is a 110-220 Volt Model with the Strobe atop.

That’s the sheet I got too. All that’s down there is a screw and a white mounting plate. I’ll link pictures here when I get home.
