Say no more. I do have most likely all your answers.

Secomak no longer produces the GP3, but a similar model is produced by Sirenco.
DB output: It is extremely loud for such a small siren, being 110 @100ft (?!)
Port ratio of Secomak model is 5/6. Sirenco is not actually known, but it is supposedly 8/12 or 10/12.
Either 110v or 230v can be ordered. 110v draws 3 amps, 230 draws 2.2 amps.
Weight is 8.5kg, or 18.7 pounds.
Despite it's loudness, its only about as big as a Model A.
The motor is universal, so DC power is also available (you can have the loudest fire truck siren ever.)
Not sure about the price, but I think its around 500 bucks because that's about how much one restored costs.
Frequency of Sirenco model is 750/900 hz, which sounds like a thunderbolt on level 5 without blower.
Hope that helps :D
Took me a bit to find this thread :)

No I don't think so. 1,200 bucks for that? No, definitely not worth it, also it seems kinda weathered. So no.
