Richland Center, WI. It has been taken off the roof of the building and re-located. It is still in the same town.

I love insulators and I own alot of them!! Looking to purchase a siren sometime soon perhaps..

No it only does Alert it was moved to the industrial park years a
go and a 2001 in downtown now
