They are sirens of local manufacturers that probably do not exist anymore since Spain and Portugal seem to have completely switched to electronic systems. They are similar to Argentinian KINGVOX sirens. http://kingvox.com.ar/producto/1tv30-si ... -exterior/

Thanks a lot. Those sirens really look like Kingvoxes, so that's what I'm calling them for now until we get concrete info.

After looking at their website and translating it, all I got was 1TV30 - Powerful Electromechanical Siren, and apparently 1TV is a series.

I don't think it's a modified siren. That looks very similar to a production model I've seen, but I can't remember which.

Looks like an early Siro-Drone (ex the ones in LA) without the bottom louver.
