If we can't see a siren in the cupola there's little chance we will find out what it is. It might not even be horizontal.
Edit: It appears to be a Model B (I think, every horizontal siren looks the same to me)

This is a good example of what not to post here.
Any posts must be substantively and obviously sirens, just of a mysterious make/model. Do not post blurry images from Google Maps....
