Yes, it is. I'm sure something hit the siren. My dad thought the foundation of where the pole stands is loose or whatever the word is.
Most likely both happened, one after the other, I can assume the foundation became loose and it began tipping over, then something hit the pole and now it's left like that. Who knows what caused it to lean over like that.
I surf the board, I rarely post.
