Hi everyone, I made a map of the sirens used in my town.

I wish I was there for that hi-lo test. I may give them another call to check up on its activity. I've definitely heard some Whelen in fast wail in Hastings, but it sounded extremely far away. I also have a recording of an air horn ambiance, and but before I started recording there it seemed like there were two sirens.Txnfii wrote: ↑Thu Sep 30, 2021 7:24 pmIt sounds like they recently fixed the 2905. I have a friend that lives next to the building it’s on, and he said it made a small beep every so often like the batteries were dead, but i’m not sure if it even runs on a battery. Also, it hasn’t sounded in about 3 months, but yesterday I heard them test hi-lo, fast wail, and alert, and today I’ve heard 3 air horn soundings. So, I think they fixed it.
Yep, right around here: https://www.google.com/maps/@40.9954775 ... 384!8i8192
Ah, thanks for clearing that up. I wasn't sure exactly what it was because I've been told bothchampionsiren wrote: ↑Fri Oct 01, 2021 11:55 amThat Whelen is a 2805, not a 2905. You can tell because it has bigger screens, but some are missing.
