I drove through Tygh Valley, Oregon, and got a couple of new photos of the old Buell horn. It is on a pole outside of a garage that must have been an old fire station. The wiring to the valve terminates in an open, disconnected cutoff switch, and the air line has been cut. There are several of these in Oregon, but this is the only single array I've seen - the others have a second pair of horns set above the other at a right angle. I suspect that most of these were once part of Portland's pre-war system of Buell horns.
