Spray Paint Vs. Brush Paint

Fri Jan 28, 2022 7:32 pm

(My apologies if this has been discussed already or if in the wrong place)

I was wondering what works better for painting sirens brush on paint or spray paint. How they hold up over the years and what the advantages are with each method.

Thanks,

I'd argue that the method of application doesn't matter as much as paint type and durability rating. Of course, spray-painted sirens are going to look better. For best durability and visual appeal, I would go with UV-resistant or UV-proof paint along with a coat of heavy-duty clearcoat.
